Panel fans are based on the technology of classic fans designed to assist with ventilation in residential and commercial spaces. Selected models are equipped with two-speed motors. They feature a distinctive exterior design in which the grille is replaced by a removable panel, allowing the unit to be customized to match the room’s decor. The size and mounting method of the panels are compatible with the System+ product line, allowing for future changes to the room’s interior design without the need to replace the fan. Some series of panel fans include, in addition to a removable front panel, a check valve that prevents backdraft (PULSAR series), which occurs due to strong gusts of wind or when the temperature outside the building is higher than inside. Primarily used as wall-mounted fans, they work just as effectively as ceiling fans. They are available in several front panel styles and, depending on the model, in up to three sizes: ø 100, ø 125, and ø 150 mm. They are characterized by quiet operation and low power consumption, as well as high efficiency and reliability, which is why selected models come with a warranty of up to 7 years. Individual fans have additional features such as: a motion sensor, a humidity sensor, a timer (shut-off delay), a photocell, or a pull-cord switch. Awenta panel fans meet the IPX4 protection class, allowing for uninterrupted operation when exposed to water splashes from various directions at a rate of up to 10 liters per minute.
